JL Construction
Jay and Hannah Leavitt have been building houses in the LC Valley since 2009. Together with their 7 wonderful children, they live on a farm that is also a home base for the construction company. The farm sits on the edge of a ravine, with views of the mountains to the north, and golden wheat fields stretching out to the east. It is happily situated for their animals, which includes cows, horses, chickens, ducks, a dog, and countless cats to keep up on the field mice. Jay and Hannah work together to add thoughtful touches to every house they build, bringing life and warmth to a home.

Heather is the talented designer behind the house plans at JL Construction. Her experience in construction and custom house design makes her a valuable asset in creating personalized house plans. Since joining JL Construction in early 2021, she has contributed to office work and gained insights into general construction processes. Heather has collaborated with her husband on house remodeling projects since 2016, incorporating the lessons learned into her custom house designs. Her enthusiasm for the creative process of home design and her gift for problem-solving skills ensure that you can expect a customized plan that includes a floor layout, 3D images, and the option for a virtual walk-through before finalizing the design.

At JL Construction, Keely is the mastermind behind interior design. Known for her close collaboration with Hannah over many years, Keely's passion for decorating dates back to her early years. Her journey began with a Foundations of Interior Design course in Texas, where she laid the groundwork for her expertise. Keely's continual expansion of knowledge and talent enables her to craft functional yet inviting spaces. At JL Construction, our commitment is to guide you through every stage of the process, ensuring that your project culminates in a home you'll eagerly return to at the end of each day.
